Casper the friendly ghost

Sometimes I refuse to sleep only because I want to play some more. One of my favorite games is Casper the Friendly Ghost. My papa flies me around the apartment and I make the sound "Oooohhh! Ooohhh!!! Ooohhh!!"

Are you scared? ARE you scared???? Ha ha ha Don't be scared, silly! I am Casper the Friendly Ghost! So unless you are the one who has to fly me for half an hour instead of watching TV, there is nothing to be scared of. He he

I am taking off!!!

Oooh Oooh Casper the Friendly Ghost is here! ooohhhh!!!

Ohhh Ooooh! I am flying to the right, I am flying to the left

I can fly over the rainbow so high! oooh! OOOHHH!!!!

Burping is hard

Yes, it is... especially for someone as little as me. Even though I am 2 months old now, I still need a little bit of assistance to deal with the large amounts of milk I consume. Sometimes I eat too much, so papa has to walk around with me until I burp. Otherwise, I will be slightly unhappy and give my parents hard times. Little rabbit is there to protect papa's jumper from milk attack... ha ha

Papa, me and our little friend Rabbit
To burp.. or not to burp. That is the question

I am trying... don't you see?

My Adventures and Leisure Time

During the day I like walking along the beach...

....watching surfers catching waves.

I like to think about things (like milk! and my friend Bee) while walking...

In evenings I am enjoying quiet YouTube time with Papa...

and also like watching TV. Guess what is on? Formula 1!!!
As you can see, my parents are introducing me to various activities. So far I like all of them. The only thing I don't like when they are trying to put me to sleep. Then I tell them "No! No! Lets go for a walk! Lets watch more YouTube". But silly parents do not understand what I am trying to say. They think I am either tired or scared of the fluffy red mushroom in my cot yet I am just being a very active and adventurous child! Wait till I am able to walk he he

Oh such a good time!

My new little friends :) (I don't mean my ample cheeks)
That's what I have been doing for the last two days. They say it helps my brain development. My dad thinks it is strange that I get excited about playing with these little fluffy friends. He thinks (probably) that with my level of intelligence it is more appropriate to watch documentaries about nano technology.

Bouncy! Bouncy! Oh such a good time!
But no no no...
I'd rather these! You know how cool they are? They move every time I hit them. My strict mama does not allow me to play with them for a long time and is always trying to put me to sleep. Oh well, this life is not always about joy. I have already learnt my first lesson. So here we go: brain development mission is accomplished ;)

Shopping adventures

I am going, I am going to the shops ah-ha

See the area circled red? That's me there advising mum which sunnies to choose
I like shopping... it does not matter that most of the time I spent sleeping in the sling. I still like it. To be driven in the car... I love it! Poor parents, when they don't know how to put me to sleep they drive me in the car in the middle of the night until I am settled. That's how I get my dose of micro massage haha!

Face lifter

Then: 3 days old. (No cheek support required)

Now: 5 weeks old

Since I was born 1 month ago I've gained 1 kg. My facial features have changed slightly (see photos: Now and Then). Especially in the cheek area. Not sure whether it happened due to muscle growth or body fat increase. In both cases that could be the result of me sucking milk ferociously 24/7.

I wish there was a gadget or a procedure that would help me to support my cheeks as it gets a bit difficult to carry their weight. Below are the two possible options of support. Which one you think I should choose?

Moderate cheeks support

Maximum cheeks lift

Discovering my hew home

So this is my home? Let me think about it...
Watching me, watching you!
Guess who is the main person in this photo?
On 21 June 2011, I finally arrived to my new home. Being a very small creature, I still managed to create a big mess around the big house. That was my way of educating parents about having a baby. I think it took them about 3 weeks to understand life will never be the same. Finally they stopped trying to clean every thing immediately as the spots were growing exponentially, nappies were reaching the height of Mount Everest and every clean wrap they were trying to swaddle me in I would make dirty in the blink of an eye. ha ha
So now they have adjusted and all three if us enjoying the happy fluffy times regardless the mess!

The story of my arrival

15 June 2011... Mum not convinced that I was about to arrive
16 June 2011: Hello world!
Weight:3.36kg  Lenght: 51cm  H.C.: 33.5
They measured me then...
Holding papa's hand for the first time!
11-30 pm: Officially 6 hours old.

That is a story of my arrival in pictures. It is all started on 15 June 2011. However, my stubborn mum resisted to believe to doctors who said that I was about to arrive. She thought it was just some unpleasant pains that would go away. But no the pains were me trying to get out. As a result in 5am, 16 June 2011 papa and mama were rushing to the hospital scared to stuck in traffic somewhere around Military road. Silly they thought I could appear any minute. Mama & papa did not know the process would take 12 hours haha

There was not much happening during those 12 hours of labour apart from mama screaming and breaking her promises to relax and meditate during the birth. Instead she sacked gas, took morphine and... when she started screaming so loud people in a neighboring suburb could hear that epic: "Come on people do something about it!" the doctors gave her epidural. Then it all went happy and smoothly. At 5-34pm I was born, fluffy and hungry as always. I had my first feed, let little scream saying "Hello!" to my parents and "Thank you!" to the doctors and then went to sleep. My life outside of mum's belly has began!

So please do not expect to much from this blog. It is just me fluffing about and around.. Most of it will be photographs. So you can trace my progress and all personal achievements!

See you later! Back to my milky dreams for now:)
